The Imam Mahdi (AS) Scouts held their second annual gathering in Beirut, Lebanon, under the motto "We remain committed to our pledge," to declare their loyalty to the school of thought and ideals of martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine.

Addressing the gathering, Sheikh Ali Damoush, deputy head of Hezbollah's Executive Council, stated that the Lebanese people can overcome the current difficult phase and challenges through solidarity, love for their land, commitment to values, and national participation.

Damoush emphasized that the continued occupation of certain Lebanese villages and areas by Israel does not mean the regime has succeeded in its plan or that there is no longer a need for the resistance option. He stated: "Resistance is a national necessity for the liberation of the land and the restoration of sovereignty."

He also criticized the performance of the Lebanese government, saying: "The government has not presented a political plan to guarantee the liberation of the land, the return of displaced people, and the reconstruction of the country, but is instead moving towards granting sovereign concessions and intensifying the occupation."

Damoush called for the implementation of the constitution and the National Accord Document, the strengthening of Lebanese unity, and the cancellation of anti-resistance decisions to pave the way for national negotiations and an agreement on a common national approach.
