27th Baghdad International Book Fair Opens with Iranian Participation The 27th Baghdad International Book Fair opened on September 2, bringing together more than 600 publishing houses and cultural institutions from 28 Arab and foreign countries in one of Iraq’s largest annual literary and cultural events. The fair will run through September 12 under the theme “Baghdad, Capital of Islamic Culture.”
