Iran Press/ Iran news: Hadi Tahan-Nazif told reporters in a press conference on Friday that over 250,000 people are assigned to ensure the security of the elections across the country.
Tahan-Nazif expressed satisfaction over the turn-out rate, noting that participation in the elections has been deemed better compared to the past 4 years.
He said more detailed information about the voting process will be released in the ending hours of the process.
The election process officially kicked off at 8 AM local time on Friday, March 1, 2024, across Iran to form the 12th round of parliamentary elections and the sixth round of the Assembly of Experts. 204
