This year's edition, which ran from August 31 to September 6, featured intense competition among athletes from 104 countries. Historically, the World Nomad Games have been hosted four times by Kyrgyzstan, once by Turkey, and once by Kazakhstan.
Iran stood out at this year's event, sending a record-breaking delegation of 94 athletes. The Iranian squad clinched a total of 15 medals—comprising 4 gold, 3 silver, and 8 bronze. This marks the first time Iran has participated with such a large contingent and achieved this high number of medals in the history of the games.
