500 companies from 58 countries are showcasing their latest achievements in exploration, extraction, and transport of oil and gas at this exhibition.

Countries such including Iran, the U.S., Italy, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Kuwait, the UAE, Switzerland, Germany, and Kazakhstan are participating in the event.

Saeed Tajik, Chairman of the Energy and Environment Commission of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, stated that the goal of participating in the exhibition is to pursue the development of relations between Iran and Eurasian countries and to increase the volume of trade between Iran and Kazakhstan.

“The volume of exports and imports between the two countries stood at $430 million in 2025; however, based on the planning by officials from both nations, this figure is targeted to increase to $3 billion,” he siad.

Regarding current trade, Saeed Tajik noted that Iran’s exports to Kazakhstan primarily consist of agricultural products, adding, “We hope to increase the export of petrochemicals and other oil-related products from Iran through this exhibition.”

The exhibition began on September 30 and will continue until October 2.
