In a post on his personal social media account, Iran's Presedent Masoud Pezeshkian said the government had reorganized its approach in response to the challenges facing the country.
“The government has adopted a new arrangement to manage the special circumstances,” he wrote, adding that the “enemy’s plan in recent months has been to cut the country’s vital lifelines with the aim of putting pressure on the noble people of Iran.”
The president acknowledged that economic pressure had increased but said his administration, with public support and measures taken by government officials, had prevented its adversaries from achieving their objectives in an “economic war.”
