Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh warned in a Beirut meeting that the threat posed by the "Greater Israel" plan does not only target Lebanon but threatens the entire region and Islamic countries.

The meeting, held on Wednesday afternoon, October 14, in Beirut under the title "The Islamic Republic of Iran's Vision for the Future of the Region and the International Order in Light of the War," brought together participants who exchanged views on the consequences of the war for the future of the region and the international order.

The Iranian official's remarks come amid heightened regional tensions, with the U.S. and Israeli regime continuing their military aggressions against Iran and its allies. Iran has consistently warned that the Zionist regime's expansionist ambitions—embodied in the "Greater Israel" plan—pose an existential threat not only to Palestine or Lebanon, but to all nations of West Asia.
