According to Iran Press, Labour Party Chair Bridget Phillipson said her party would not cooperate at any level of government with any group that equates Zionism with racism.

Green Party leader Zack Polanski condemned the decision, warning it would backfire and accusing Labour of prioritizing support for Israel over local interests.
The Green Party recently adopted a motion describing Zionism as a racist ideology. The party also supports establishing a single democratic Palestinian state and has accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza.
The decision has drawn criticism from Green Party members and pro-Palestinian activists, who say Labour is sacrificing local interests to maintain its support for Israel.
Meanwhile, more than 4,200 pro-Palestinian activists, including Green Party members, have been arrested in the U.K. amid a wider crackdown on Palestine solidarity.
